Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InboxFlow.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, Apple's Standard EULA, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Subscription Terms

We offer two service tiers:

  • Free Plan: Limited to 5 document scans
  • Premium Plan: Up to 100 document scans per month for $1.99/month

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Billing and Refunds

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, you'll maintain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Usage Guidelines

You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Do not exceed your plan's monthly document scan limit
  • Do not attempt to circumvent any service limitations
  • Do not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Do not share your account credentials with others

Service Limitations

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

We are not responsible for:

  • Accuracy of document scanning or AI analysis results
  • Data loss or corruption during document processing
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Any damages resulting from your use of the service

App Store Terms

For users who download our app through the Apple App Store, this agreement incorporates and supplements Apple's Standard EULA. You acknowledge that:

  • The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the app
  • In the event of any third party claim of intellectual property infringement, Apple will not be responsible
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes to subscription terms or pricing, we will provide advance notice via email or in-app notifications.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination:

  • Access to premium features will be revoked immediately
  • No refunds will be provided for unused portion of subscription
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding charges
